Ever since I can remember I've been interested in health and fitness, which prompted me to take a path through life where I got involved with fitness early. Right away I realized that the fitness industry is saturated with fad workouts and diets that aren't based on any sort of evidence. Whether the people who promote these ideas truely believe in them or not, it doesn't change the fact that the information provided may not be worth trusting. With the goal of bypassing the biases of companies pushing products and instead rely on high-quality data rather than mere anecdotes, I decided early on to go straight to the research and read it directly instead of listening to ideologues and influencers. I've since spent a great deal of time learning about and persuing optimal health. I believe it's important to maximize your health-span and enjoy the journey along the way. Working with you I will always hold myself to the highest standard of evidence. I won't recommend something that isn't demonstrated by the best available evidence, and I'll do the research to learn about anything I'm unfamiliar with to help answer your questions and guide you toward your goals.
I have many hobbies which include playing guitar, jiu jitsu, weight lifting, writing software, meditating, and philosophising. I love having philosophical conversations, and I'm a very positive person that's always smiling and enjoying life.
